A lot of us already knew. But once we had empirical confirmation that it was only queerfolk who could learn magic, the plans kicked into high gear. We had begun preparing long before we knew for sure. Had to. Lot of people already thought we were threats—this would make it worse. The year is 2085.

The Possibility Crisis triggered the plans of many factions within the magical community, including a large coalition of factions whose goal was to establish a safe place for queer people from around the world. A court of elder queer sages from across the major factions raised an island out of the sea and gifted it with enchantments.

I invite you to build something good on Marsha Key. It is open to everyone. I don't know what will happen with it. But you are welcome here. You are free to make a life of your own.

How to contribute to the setting:
• make games
• run adventures/campaigns for your table
• write spells, landmarks, factions, encounters
• short stories that take place here
• art of any kind

The blank spaces in this world are there for you to color in. Right now, Marsha Key and its community is brand new. No one lives in the grown homes yet. The Sylvia River hasn’t moved a millimeter, with no needs to meet yet. Magic is so new that there isn’t a standard for documenting spells. There’s so much to discover.

Dear, I read it,, and it looks awesome. It's something I definitely needed in challenging times like these—hope glows bright! Do you intend to expand this material somehow?

thanks!! I will likely add to it in the future, but my ultimate hope is that other people expand on it with their ideas and we can see a bright, diverse community come to life!

This awesome! Very excited to see where it goes from here
